Vav / Level 6
In this course first part, you will learn vocabulary related to work and profession, and collective positive and negative pronouns. In the Interactive story we would go through the History of the Kibbutzim, through the story of Dgania A – the first Kibbutz in Israel. In the third part, we will review the past tense of binyan Pa'al kal, and learn to conjugate it. In the listening comprehension part, you will listen to a Kibbutz assembley, discussing the work division, and hear an interview with Malka, an ex-Kibbutznik, on her first day living in Tel Aviv.
Vav / Level 6
Here you will learn useful Hebrew vocabulary: adjectives, time adverbials referring to the past, and counting to 1000! In the Interactive story we would visit Kibbutz Dafna in the Galilee, and meet some of its residents and their stories. We will also review the past tense, and learn to conjugate verbs in Pa'al. In the listening comprehension part, you will listen to a a radio broadcast interview with Hanna, a woman from the Kibbutz, and overhear two students comparing their semester achievements.
In this course you would learn how to introduce yourself, give your personal details and even fill out forms. In the second, Grammar section, we would learn to phrase possesive sentences in the past, along with their negations, the pronominal suffixes of the preposition עם and learn how to phrase impersonal sentences in the past tense (with verbs in Pa'al pattern). In the Interactive story we would get to know great influential Kibbutz personas – from the literature through music to poetry. In the fourth, listening comprehension part, you will listen to a radio tribute to Kibbutz poets, and overhear an interview with a future volunteer in the kibbutz.

In the first part, you will learn useful Hebrew vocabulary related to free time, attractions and the times of day. In the second part, we will review the past tense of verbs in binyan Pa'al kal ל"י, as well as the past tense of "to be", and learn to construct nominal clauses in the past. In the Interactive story we would go on a day trip to the Kinneret, get our feet wet and learn some secrets of the place and its surrounding Kibbutzim from the locals. In the fourth, listening comprehension part, you will listen to a family planning their day trip to Kibbutz Ginosar, and to Kinneret, a kibbutznik, talking about her childhood memories.
